RailPariksha: delete your account and data

What we hold

RailPariksha के लिए खाता ज़रूरी नहीं है; लगभग सब कुछ आपके फ़ोन पर ही रहता है। हमारे सर्वर (Google Firebase) पर केवल यह रहता है:

RailPariksha does not need an account; almost everything stays on your phone. The only data on our servers (Google Firebase) is:

साइन-इन रिकॉर्ड (केवल अगर आपने "Sign in with Google" किया): Google खाता ID, नाम और ईमेल।

Sign-in record (only if you used "Sign in with Google"): your Google account ID, name and email address.

लीडरबोर्ड प्रविष्टि (केवल अगर आपने लीडरबोर्ड इस्तेमाल किया): आपका चुना नाम, एक रैंडम डिवाइस ID और मॉक टेस्ट स्कोर।

Leaderboard entry (only if you used the leaderboard): the display name you chose, a random device ID and your mock-test score.

How to ask for deletion

support@railpariksha.com पर "Delete my RailPariksha data" विषय के साथ ईमेल भेजें। उसमें वह Google ईमेल लिखें जिससे आपने साइन-इन किया, और लीडरबोर्ड पर इस्तेमाल किया नाम।

Email support@railpariksha.com with the subject "Delete my RailPariksha data". Include the Google email you signed in with and the display name you used on the leaderboard.

हम पुष्टि का जवाब देते हैं और 30 दिनों के भीतर डेटा हटा देते हैं। आप पूरा डेटा या केवल कुछ हिस्सा (जैसे केवल लीडरबोर्ड प्रविष्टि) हटवा सकते हैं।

We reply to confirm and delete the data within 30 days. You can ask for all of it, or only part of it (for example just your leaderboard entry).

What is deleted and what is kept

हटाया जाता है: आपका साइन-इन रिकॉर्ड और लीडरबोर्ड प्रविष्टियाँ। आपकी पहचान बताने वाला कोई और डेटा हम नहीं रखते। इन रिकॉर्ड वाले बैकअप Google के सामान्य क्रम में अधिकतम 90 दिनों में मिट जाते हैं।

Deleted: your sign-in record and your leaderboard entries. We keep no other data that identifies you. Backups containing these records are overwritten on Google's normal schedule, within 90 days.

गुमनाम उपयोग आँकड़े आपके नाम या ईमेल से जुड़े नहीं होते। विज्ञापन Google AdMob दिखाता है; विज्ञापन ID आप फ़ोन की Settings में रीसेट कर सकते हैं।

Anonymous usage analytics are not tied to your name or email. Ads are run by Google AdMob; you can reset your advertising ID in your phone's Settings.

Data on your phone

आपके उत्तर, स्ट्रीक, XP और सेटिंग केवल आपके फ़ोन पर रहते हैं। ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करने पर सब मिट जाता है; Settings में "Reset progress" से भी प्रगति साफ़ होती है।

Your answers, streaks, XP and settings live only on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it; "Reset progress" in Settings also clears your progress.
